Quality and Evaluation Plan
The Quality and Evaluation Plan within the project has the objective of establishing an internal operational framework, which will allow maximum flexibility while maintaining a clear distinction of roles and responsibilities of all partners involved. These two requirements, flexibility and clear distinction of roles, constitute in effect the quality function of the project, linked with the project management activities.

Survey Methodology Definition and Pretesting
This workpackage aims to identify the most relevant issues of the survey methodology, to increase the level of knowledge about the needs and constraints of the 3 dimensions of third mission and to design a methodology that is able to achieve a high response rate.

Survey implementation and Testing
The objective of workpackage 6 is to test and validate the methodology developed in the previous workpackage, to gather survey data from European Third Mission providers in the three dimensions and to encourage end users to enter data on the web platform.

Study Visits and Best Practices Identification

Development of Web Based Tools
The development of this workpackage will be focused on the creation of a state of the art web tool for benchmarking third mission providers. Furthermore, it will facilitate the exchange of best practices among third mission providers across Europe and will provide them with a collaborative working tool.

International Conference Management
